Рынок Природного Газа На Пороге Модернизации Для Дальнейшего Развития

Abstract

На фоне коренного изменения структуры мирового энергопотребления за последние 110 лет -прослеживается постепенно расширяющийся рынок природного газа, рассматриваемый экспертами, как топливо ХХ1 века. Развитие международной торговли им в сжиженном состоянии (в 600 раз меньшим по объему), уже достигнувшей 1\3 мировых поставок, позволяет выйти за пределы трубопроводных кластеров, на межконтинентальные рубежи, образуя цельный мировой рынок. Однако в условиях неопределенности рыночных перспектив вследствие стремления диверсифицировать источники топлива странами Европы при возможном росте спроса в странах Азии, перед Россией стоит проблема расширения своего экспорта СПГ и более того становления новой национальной модели рынка газа.
