Abstract

В статье подробно обсуждаются вопросы привлечения прямых иностранных инвестиций и их взаимосвязь с экономическим ростом. Обсуждается статистическое определениепрямых иностранных инвестиций, выявляются границы применимости данного показателя при анализе экономических процессов. В статье показано, что существует ряд различных факторов, затрудняющих анализ международного перемещения капитала, таких какдеятельность организаций специального назначения, наличие оффшорных инвестиций, широкое использования схем производства без участия в капитале. Основным результатом статьи являются теоретические и практические соображения, выходящие за рамки стандартного инвестиционного анализа, которые необходимо принимать во вниманиепри рассмотрении, осуществлении и оценке эффективности инвестиционных решений.
