Abstract

Ряд американских и международных аналитиков тиражирует прогнозы Управления энергетической информации Министерства энергетики США неизбежного прорыва США на рынки природного газа благодаря неуклонному росту сланцевой добычи в стране. Однако сама отрасль сталкивается с серьезными технологическими и экономическими проблемами, связанными с дефектами ее государственного регулирования. Изменение сложившейся ситуации может привести с одной стороны к резкому спаду сланцевой добычи,а с другой к трудно предсказуемым экологическим последствиям. Сохраняющаяся неопределенность в отношении властей к отрасли вряд ли позволит США реализовать амбициозные планы масштабного экспорта энергоносителя в текущем десятилетии.
