Abstract

Статья посвящена управлению знаниями, выступающему в качестве нового вида функциональной деятельности в системе менеджмента транснациональных корпораций. Автор рассматривает знания как стратегический ресурс, обеспечивающий устойчивое экономическое развитие транснациональных корпораций. Данная статья отражает методологические основы стратегического развития ТНК, базирующиеся на использовании знаний как ключевого организационного ресурса в эпоху постиндустриального экономического развития. В статье представлен практический опыт эффективного управления знаниями на примере деятельности транснациональных корпораций нефтегазовой отрасли, как в России, так и за рубежом.
