Abstract

Анализируются предусмотренные Базелем-3 реформы в контексте сложившейся ситуации в мировой финансово-банковской системе и особенности перехода к ним российской банковской системы. Аргументируется необходимость введения не формальных требований к финансовым институтам мира, включая Россию, а системного подхода к оценке достаточности банковских капиталов, ликвидности и степени адекватности самих банков современным вызовам мировой экономики, диктуемым сложной финансовой ситуацией в мире.
