Abstract

Надлежащая регулятивная практика привлекает все больший интерес в международных форумах торговли в качестве инструмента для предотвращения ненужных технических барьеров в торговле. Многие из вопросов, касающихся стандартов и техрегламентов, признаются по своей природе дискриминационными, чрезмерно ограничительными, и непрозрачными, а связанные с ним испытания и процедуры сертификации часто выступают в качестве значительных барьеров в торговле. В данной статье рассматривается, почему страны используют Надлежащую регулятивную практику как инструмент для снижении технических барьеров в торговле.
