Abstract

В статье рассматриваются прямые иностранные инвестиции (ПИИ) в экономике США, включая их объём, динамику, страны происхождения и отраслевую структуру. Большое внимание уделено анализу организационных форм деятельности ПИИ, особенно реализуемых через процесс слияния и поглощения и путём создания новых филиалов. Показано влияние ПИИ на американский ВНП, отрасли экономики, внешнюю торговлю и занятость. Рассматривается также государственное регулирование иностранных инвестиций в США.
