Регулирование Мирового Энергетического Рынка На Многостороннем Уровне

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы сотрудничества стран-экспортеров и стран-импортеров энергоносителей в многосторонних экономических организациях, международных договорах и форумах, влияние многостороннего регулирования на мировой энергетический рынок в целом и на отдельные его составляющие. Высказываются соображение о возможностях оптимизациии (1) участия России в Международном энергетическом агентстве (после вступления в ОЭСР), (2) ее политики в отношении Договора к Энергетической хартии и (3) позиции в Форуме стран-экспортеров газа.
