Abstract

Быстрая активизация научно-технического обмена стала одной из основных характеристик современного этапа развития международных экономических отношений. Несмотря на кризис, мировая копилка знаний продолжает наполняться: количество патентныхзаявок растет опережающими темпами, в том числе и в развивающихся странах. Увеличивается мировой объем торговли результатами интеллектуальной деятельности. В статьепредставлен сравнительный анализ показателей результативности интеллектуальной деятельности в мире и в Российской Федерации, сделаны выводы о перспективах реализациипланов инновационного развития нашей страны.
