Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы применения мер защиты рынка, а именно, антидемпинговых, компенсационных и специальных защитных мер, в рамках заключаемых преференциальных двусторонних и многосторонних торговых соглашений. Проанализирован ряд преференциальных региональных торговых соглашений, которые содержат положения, регламентирующие правила использования мер защиты внутреннего рынка.The issues of implementation of trade defense measures, namely, antidumping, countervailing and safeguard measures within the framework of bilateral and multilateral trade agreements are examined in this article. A number of preferential regional trade agreements which contain provisions regulating rules of application of trade remedies for defense of domestic markets are revised.
