Abstract

Автор анализирует некоторые аспекты создания и функционирования таможенного союза ЕС, представляющие интерес в свете развития интеграционных процессов на пространстве СНГ. Отмечаются особенности крупнейшего таможенного союза в мире; факторы, способствующие повышению его эффективности, и проблемы, выявившиеся за более чем 40 лет его существования. Особое внимание уделяется анализу механизма управления таможенным союзом ЕС.The author analyses some aspects of the forming and functioning of the EU custom union, presenting practical interests in the light of integration processes in the CIS. The following questions are considered: specific features of the largest custom union in the world, factors promoting the increase of its efficiency and problems revealed for more than 40 years of its existence. Special attention is paid to the management of the EU custom union.
