Инновационный Потенциал Российских Компаний На Рынке Информационных Технологий

Abstract

В последние годы как никогда раньше возросло значение инновационного развития сферы информационных технологий, и потенциал российского научно-исследовательского сектора в этой области чрезвычайно велик. В статье рассматриваются основные конкурентные преимущества, способные выдвинуть Россию в число ведущих стран-поставщиков информационных технологий, а также сдерживающие факторы для дальнейшего укрепления внешнеторговых связей России на мировом ИТ-рынке. Кроме того, проанализированы возможности наращивания российского потенциала в области разработки высокотехнологичных инновационных проектов и увеличения доли российских ИТ-компаний за рубежом.
