Abstract

В посткризисный период наметился рост активности на мировых рынках недвижимости. Это связано как с восстановлением покупательской активности, так и с началом нового этапа развития рынка недвижимости посредством реструктуризации промышленных отраслей и территорий. Такой подход обеспечивает высвобождение новых земель под строительство, создание экологичной среды и выведение промышленных зон в соответствующие районы за городом, что оказывает положительное влияние на развитие экономики в целом.
