Abstract

В статье рассматривается профессионализм как интегральная характеристика человека, являющегося биологическим индивидом, личностью, субъектом труда и индивидуальностью. Целью статьи является исследование влияния экономической мотивации на формирование профессионализма, под которым автором понимается долгосрочный профессиональный результат за минимальное время с оптимальным использованием потенциала человека. Экономический феномен профессионализма анализируется с позиций естествознания, экономики и психологии.
