Abstract

В статье анализируется влияние информатизации экономики на структурные трансформации социальной сферы. Рассмотрены подходы к определению сущности и структуры социальной сферы, выявлены факторы структурной трансформации, приведены примеры использования информационно-коммуникационных технологий в сферах здравоохранения, образования, культуры РФ. Проанализированы экономический, управленческий и социальный аспекты влияния применения ИКТ на субъекты и на процессы социальной сферы. Построена карта проблем информатизации социальной сферы России, позволившая вычленить ключевые проблемы, требующие первостепенного решения для обеспечения эффективного применения новых информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Разработаны теоретические основы модели виртуального кластера информатизации социальной сферы, формирующего на основе применения ИКТ виртуальное пространство информационного обмена.
