Abstract

Статья посвящена такому аспекту управления качеством образования, как управление человеческими ресурсами в сфере образования. Оценка деятельности преподавателя должна носить комплексный характер, в том числе со стороны студентов. Анализируются традиции социологических опросов студентов в нашей стране, их роль при принятии управленческих решений в сфере образования. На примере социологического опроса преподавателей и студентов философского факультета МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова обсуждается проблема формирования оценочных средств при анализе качества преподавательской деятельности.
