Abstract

Целью данного исследования является анализ механизма воспроизводства рынка диссертационных услуг в России. В нашей работе представлены эмпирические результаты, полученные в ходе проведения углубленного неформализованного интервью с непосредственными и косвенными участниками данного рынка. В частности, описывается механизм воспроизводства академических кадров (в аспирантуре и докторантуре) в России с 1991 по 2004 г. Предпринимается попытка определить исторические и социальные причины воспроизводства рынка диссертационных услуг, описываются социальные характеристики основных участников данного рынка покупателей, продавцов и посредников. Демонстрируются модели действия участников рынка, включая способы выбора партнеров, ценовую политику, виды контроля над соблюдением соглашений и способы воспроизводства отношений на рынке диссертационных услуг.
