Abstract

В статье представлен анализ расчета и применения норм труда профессорско-преподавательского состава высших учебных заведений: нормы учебной и внеучебной работы, норма учебной нагрузки для дополнительной (почасовой) оплаты труда, норма соотношения численности ППС и студентов. На основе анализа системы нормирования труда ППС в различных российских вузах даны рекомендации по изменению содержания и структуры трудовых функций ППС в связи с переходом на образовательные стандарты третьего поколения.
