Оценка Левериджа В Образовании На Различных Иерархических Уровнях

Abstract

Предложена методика оценки левериджа в образовании. Исследована опережающая функция образования на различных иерархических уровнях: макроуровне (для России и Великобритании), мезоуровне (для ряда российских регионов). Показана различная динамика левериджа в образовании для разных регионов России. Идентифицированы макропроблемы в сфере образования.
