Экономические Противоречия Институциональной Среды Фермерских Хозяйств

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы и конфликты фермерства современной России, функционирование которых связано с институциональной недостаточностью. Особо отмечается слабая защищенность собственности, расхождения в трактовках законов. Эти и другие противоречия препятствуют эффективному развитию и функционированию института фермерства, который является ядром социальной и экономической эффективности аграрного сектора, основой для улучшения демографической ситуации страны. Поэтому аграрная политика федеральных властей и региона должна быть ориентирована в значительной мере на динамичное развитие института фермерских хозяйств. Предложены мероприятия и рекомендации по устранению противоречий в законодательстве, регулирующего сельское хозяйство России. Область применения: проведение аграрной политики в регионах, организации производства в фермерских хозяйствах.
