Императивы Болонской Декларации

Abstract

Важнейшим из императивов Болонской декларации выступает институт независимости высших учебных заведений. С опорой на него отечественная система высшего образования станет реально конкурентоспособной. Переход на двухуровневую подготовку студентов требует капитального переоснащения вузов современной компьютерной техникой. Государство должно представлять льготы учредителям вузов и предпринимателям по исключению стоимости компьютерной техники и технологий, передаваемых ими в целях инновационной модернизации материально-технической и информационно-технологической базы вузов.
