Abstract

В статье рассматриваются направления инновационного развития сферы услуг, проблемы регулирования формирования и концепции сферы услуг региона; изменение в мировом хозяйстве и национальной экономике; диверсификация на основе высоких технологий в постиндустриальном обществе. Индекс развития человеческого потенциала, как индикатор развития экономики и региона, отражает социально значимые качества граждан общества и возможности развития экономического потенциала регионов. В процессе оптимизации организационной структуры создан холдинг бытового обслуживания «Гомельоблбыт», обеспечивающий реализацию стандартов бытового обслуживания населения. Научная новизна состоит в рассмотрении экономических отношений во взаимосвязи с глобализацией мировой экономики и интеграционным развитием. Результаты могут быть использованы при принятии управленческих решений в процессе государственного прогнозирования инновационного развития сферы услуг.The article considers the directions of innovative development, problems of formation regulation and the concept of services in the region as well as changes in world and national economics, diversification based on high technologies in postindustrial society. Human Development Index as development indicator of economics and region expresses socially important qualities of community citizens as well as possibilities of development of regions’ economic strength. A holding of everyday services “Gomeloblbyt” was established during the optimization process of organizational structure. It provides realization of standards of population’s everyday services. Scientific novelty is in consideration of economic relations in conjunction with globalization of world economics and integrative development. The result can be used during administrative decision making in the process of the state prognostics of innovative development of services.
