Abstract

Статья посвящена разработке теоретических и методологических основ экономической оценки природно-ресурсного потенциала (ПРП) региона. В работе изложены понятие природно-ресурсного потенциала, проблемы его экономической оценки, результаты анализа существующих теоретико-методологических и методических подходов к экономической оценке природных ресурсов и природно-ресурсного потенциала. Обоснован методологический подход к экономической оценке ПРП региона, базирующийся на использовании концепций устойчивого природопользования, природного капитала, альтернативной стоимости и методологии оценки регионального продукта. Обозначены практические направления использования результатов экономической оценки ПРП
