Abstract

В данной статье представлены технологии заготовки сырья и производства топливной щепы из древесно-кустарниковой возобновляемой растительности (ДКВР) зоны отчуждения линий электропередач в РУП «Витебскэнерго». Определены требования к основному технологическому оборудованию. Осуществлен выбор машин и оборудования для заготовки сырья, производства, транспортировки и хранения топливной щепы, выбранные машины сформированы в системы. Определена производственная мощность систем машин для производства топливной щепы из низкокачественной древесины, отходов лесопиления и деревообработки, порубочных остатков и ДКВР исходя из перспективной потребности. Рассчитаны суммарные капитальные вложения на формирование систем машин для очистки и расширения линий электропередач и производства топливной щепы.
