Состояние И Развитие Инновационной Экономики В России

Abstract

В статье исследуется ключевая проблема экономики России низкая инновационная активность промышленных предприятий. Показана неэффективность увеличения финансирования субъектов инновационного процесса для повышения восприимчивости предприятий к технологическим инновациям без внедрения действенных стимулов деятельности авторов изобретений и внедряющих изобретения предприятий. Доказывается целесообразность использования системы стимулов, представленных в законе «Об изобретениях в СССР», для реализации принципа общности цели в неформальном «коллективе»: автор изобретения предприятие менеджер по коммерциализации изобретения как необходимое условие инновационной активности. Выявлено негативное влияние участия иностранных компаний в российских предприятиях на их инновационную активность в связи со стремлением иностранных инвесторов к продвижению своей продукции на российский рынок с минимальными издержками.
