Abstract

На текущем этапе развития отечественного народного хозяйства крайне актуальной проблемой становится импортозамещение, и наиболее остро данный вопрос проявляется в наукоемких отраслях. В статье на основе аналитически выявленного барьера развития отдельного предприятия в рамках отрасли предлагается конкретный механизм совершенствования стратегии реализации гражданских авиационных программ посредством применения альтернативной бизнес-модели. Сущностным отличием альтернативного варианта является предлагаемый формат взаимодействия между производителями авиационной техники, поставщиками и заказчиками на основе посреднических структур, оперирующих технической информацией, распространяющейся на условиях открытых лицензий. Проведенные расчеты наглядно демонстрируют более высокую эффективность разработанной альтернативной модели в сравнении с традиционной, в первую очередь в связи с более эффективным управлением процессом научно-исследовательских и опытно-конструкторских работ.
