Abstract

В статье анализируются ключевые показатели развития рынка ипотечной секьюритизации в России. Определяются виды ипотечных ценных бумаг, а также особенности их эмиссии и обращения. Исследуется динамика и структура сделок ипотечной секьюритизации. Выявляется роль государства в процессе становления и развития рынка ипотечной секьюритизации. Анализируются нормативно-правовые изменения в сфере ипотечной секьюритизации. Раскрывается роль крупных банков и определяется их влияние на рынок ипотечной секьюритизации. Исследуются основные недостатки рынка ипотечной секьюритизации в России, а также предлагаются дополнительные меры по стимулированию развития рынка ипотечной секьюритизации.
