Участие Банковского Сектора В Кредитовании Малого И Среднего Предпринимательства В Регионах Рф

Abstract

В статье рассматривается динамика объема кредитов, предоставляемых банковским сектором российским малым и средним предприятиям; отмечается рост объема кредитования в большинстве субъектов РФ; выделяются регионы, являющиеся, лидерами по объему кредитования малых и средних предприятий в абсолютном выражении и в расчете на одно предприятие. При изучении структуры кредитов, предоставляемых коммерческими банками малому и среднему бизнесу, отмечается их концентрация в Центральном федеральном округе. Выявлена существенная зависимость между оборотом малых и средних предприятий от реализации товаров и объемом предоставляемых им банковским сектором кредитов в субъектах РФ. Произведенная группировка регионов страны по величине рассчитанного Индекса кредитования малого и среднего бизнеса демонстрирует их существенную дифференциацию на рынке кредитования малых и средних предприятий.
