Проблемы Стабильности Экономического Развития В Европейском Союзе И России В Посткризисный Период

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы координации мер государственной политики, рассчитанных на достижение краткосрочных социальных и экономических целей, с задачами среднеи долгосрочного социально-экономического развития. На примере России и стран Европейского союза показано, что выбор инструментария государственной политики, используемого для решения текущих задач, может создавать дополнительные риски в более длительной перспективе (такие, как угроза долгового кризиса вследствие дефицитного финансирования антикризисных программ и т.п.). В связи с этим рассматривается подход, направленный на обеспечение долгосрочной стабильности развития, на основе анализа вариантов краткосрочной государственной политики с учетом возможных будущих рисков.
