Переходные (Трансформационные) Процессы — Главное Условие Развития Экономической Системы

Abstract

В статье идентифицированы переходные (трансформационные) процессы, которые являются малоизученным и перспективным явлением в условиях переходной экономики. Применен статистический метод. Квалифицированы «двойная ипостась» кризиса и ее направленность, а также особенности переходных процессов; трансформационный кризис и циклическая экономика. В статье термины «трансформационный» и «переходный» употребляются как синонимы. Переходные процессы и трансформационная экономика взаимосвязаны и не могут существовать отдельно. Основной вывод заключается в том, что без трансформации невозможно осуществить переход в циклическую экономику, которая является непременным условием и атрибутом рыночной экономики. Подчеркнута важность и необходимость плановости трансформаций.
