Власть В Сетевых Организациях: Специфика Координации И Контроля В Объединениях Независимых Фирм

Abstract

Создание и развитие сетевых организаций комплексный процесс, включающий множество аспектов и причинно-следственных связей, выходящих за рамки рыночной деятельности отдельной фирмы. Одним из наиболее сложных является вопрос власти. Сетевые структуры не могут полагаться на механизмы власти и координации, присущие традиционным корпорациям или формам интеграции, основанным на слияниях и поглощениях. С другой стороны, для совместной, быстрой и гибкой реализации цепочек создания стоимости необходимы четкая стратегия, оперативное принятие решений, жесткая координация и контроль деятельности всех участников сети. Цель данной статьи на основе анализа подходов и концепций определить специфические характеристики власти в сетевых организациях.
