Синергичный Эффект Факторов Производства «Информация» И «Предприимчивость»: Понятие И Методика Оценки Эффективности Управления

Abstract

В статье проанализированы качественные характеристики фактора производства «информация» и выявлены основные противоречия, возникающие при использовании информации в управлении предприятием, предложены способы их разрешения. Определена зависимость ценности информации от степени ее открытости для пользователей. Приведено понятие синергичного эффекта от взаимодействия факторов производства «предприимчивость» и «информация». Определены инструменты, под влиянием которых меняется величина синергичного эффекта. Предложена методика расчета синергичного эффекта предприимчивости и информации. Рассмотрены три базовые ситуации изменения выявленного синергичного эффекта.
