К Оценке Стартовых Позиций Инновационного Развития Экономики России

Abstract

Даны оценки институтов, препятствующих инновационному развитию экономики России, и объема инвестиций для модернизации промышленности. Показана роль частного бизнеса в модернизации при сложившихся структуре собственности, практике трансакций, взаимоотношениях частного бизнеса и бюрократии, отношениях предпринимательского капитала и труда на старте инновационного развития экономики. Обозначены основные причины слабой работы механизма накопления на уровне предприятий. Рассмотрены варианты стратегии интенсификации процессов модернизации. Обоснована целесообразность создания государственных корпораций в ключевых секторах обрабатывающей промышленности как центров модернизации и развития инновационных технологий.
