Abstract

Гуманизация труда это многоаспектная проблема, предполагающая создание благоприятных условий для реализации трудового потенциала человека, то есть обогащение социально-экономического содержания труда, уменьшение монотонности труда, обеспечение безопасности производственного процесса, уменьшение негативного влияния на окружающую природную среду. Автором обоснованы положения о креативной составляющей труда в современных условиях, когда человек с его устремлениями и знаниями становится своеобразным «мотором» экономики.
