Abstract

Инновационная логистика дает возможность разрабатывать конструктивную стратегическую программу развития компании, нацеленную на оптимальную организацию потоковых процессов и долговременный успех на рынке, определив тем самым структурно-функциональный (процессный) состав будущей фирмы и задав ориентиры для базовой логистики. Это означает, что не только состав внутрифирменных подразделений, но и сама миссия фирмы в обозримом будущем становятся производными от решений инновационной логистики в её интеграционном варианте.
