Abstract

На сегодняшний день мировая экономика испытала воздействие важнейших глобальных тенденций, которые затронули все факторы производства, но в наибольшей степени изменения коснулись человека, его квалификаций, знаний и умений, составляющих основу человеческого капитала. В современных условиях конкурентные преимущества экономических систем во многом достигаются за счет знаний, информации, инноваций, которые выступают базой экономического роста. Этим объясняется все возрастающий интерес, проявляемый к проблемам качества человеческого капитала отечественными и зарубежными учеными. Несмотря на это управлению качеством человеческого капитала уделяется недостаточное внимание.
