Abstract

Термин «управление знаниями» был введен Карлом Вигом -американским ученым и консультантом по управлению и впервые использован в 1986 г. в его выступлении на конференции в Швейцарии, проводившейся Международной организацией труда под эгидой ООН. С тех пор этот термин, обозначавший систематическое формирование, обновление и применение знаний с целью максимизации эффективности предприятий, обошел весь мир, стал предметом разносторонних исследований и обсуждений, стал новой функцией управления компанией и отдельным видом управленческой деятельности
