Abstract

Обосновывая приоритетную роль информации в интегрированном потоке как объекта управления в логистике, следует отметить ее неординарность обусловленную характером взаимодействия участников научно-технического трансфера. Специалисты, изучающие межфирменный трансфер в его международных масштабах, обнаруживают «предпосылку к стремлению фирмы, передающей технологию, создавать за рубежом новые знания на основе этой технологии...»
