Abstract

В статье анализируется взаимосвязь социального аудита и социально-г о партнерства. Определяются основные задачи социального аудита, интегрированного в систему социального партнерства. Социальный аудит рассматривается как инструмент системы социального партнерства, направленный на социальную ответственность бизнеса перед обществом и социальными партнерами, на защиту прав трудящихся и регулирование социоэкономических отношений через механизмы системы социального партнерства.
