Психодиагностика Как Инновационная Технология В Управлении Персоналом

Abstract

В данной статье говорится о необходимости применения в управленческой науке методик психодиагностики. Российские предприниматели не уделяют должного внимания человеческим ресурсам, правильному подходу к сотрудникам и воздействию на них. В качестве новой технологии управления мы предлагаем отечественным предпринимателям использование психодиагностических методик, что позволит перейти от экстенсивного управления к интенсивному и, как результат, к эффективной работе всего предприятия.
