Abstract

Созданию конкурентоспособности региона и реализации интересов регионального сообщества способствует институциональная среда, обеспечивающая постоянный поиск и реализацию новых возможностей в региональном развитии, взаимодействие всех участников данного процесса, стимулирование и поддержку обмена идеями между ними. Организация непрерывного потока инноваций в регионе может осуществляться структурами, являющимися консультантами органов регионального управления в сфере социально-экономического и культурного развития регионов и имеющих целью создание институциональной среды, способствующей росту креативности в регионе.
