Abstract

Самообучение наиболее надежный ресурс конкурентоспособности современного предприятия в соответствии с организационным, финансовым и институциональным критериями. Для его использования необходимо обеспечить конвертацию ключевых компетенций в организационное знание. Использование стандартов бережливого производства, действующих в ведущих японских компаниях, позволяет перенять российским предпринимателям технологию создания самообучающегося предприятия
