Abstract

Создание процесса мотивационной диагностики является важной и необходимой составляющей мотивационной деятельности организации. Этот процесс должен быть систематическим и целенаправленным. Мотивацию не менее важно контролировать, чем финансовые показатели. И даже важнее. Ведь финансовые показатели это факт, а мотивация причина. Даже можно сказать одна из самых важных причин успешности финансовых и иных показателей деятельности компании. А каким образом и зачем вы сможете узнать из статьи.
