Abstract

Автор раскрывает содержание понятия «государственно-частное партнерство» (ГЧП), отражены его разновидности и базовые модели, основания применения и возможные риски. Проведенный анализ законодательства РФ позволяет выявить сферы внедрения ГЧП. Эффективные механизмы ГЧП могут быть использованы для развития высокотехнологичной сферы производства оборонно-промышленного комплекса.
