Abstract

Новые технологии создают предпосылки для перехода АПК на новый уровень развития. Учитывая роль биотехнологии, генетики, вычислительной техники, современное сельское хозяйство можно назвать наукоемкой отраслью. Однако существующие структуры инноваций в сельском хозяйстве в РФ находятся в зачаточном состоянии. Все участники АПК в России смогут добиться успеха только посредством расширения рынка, обеспечения роста совокупного спроса, освоения инноваций, повышения собственной компетентности.
