Подходы К Оценке Инновационного Потенциала Предприятия

Abstract

В статье сформулированы подходы к оценке инновационного потенциала предприятий на основе методики сбалансированной системы показателей и принципы определения состава ключевых показателей эффективности; уточнена дефиниция государственно-частного партнерства в инновационной сфере. Предложена методика оценки интегрального значения инновационного потенциала и его сопоставления с отраслевыми показателями на основе бенчмаркингового подхода. Также обоснована необходимость внедрения интегрального показателя инновационного потенциала в систему экспертной оценки при рассмотрении на конкурсной основе инновационных проектов в целях повышения эффективности использования бюджетных средств.
