Abstract

В современных условиях центром интеграции инновационной активности в России может стать система вузовской и академической науки. Наряду с ведущими техническими вузами страны экономические университеты планируют включиться в процесс создания малых инновационных фирм, что позволит реализовать значительный научный потенциал преподавателей и студентов, а также создаст рынок квалифицированных консультационных услуг.
