Abstract

Интеллектуальный капитал является источником и результатом инновационной деятельности организаций высшего профессионального образования. В статье авторы выделяют основную задачу менеджмента вузов идентификацию и систематизацию интеллектуальных активов и ресурсов с целью дальнейшего их использования в организации инновационных процессов и обеспечения дополнительных доходов
