Образовательное Кредитование Как Инновационная Стратегия Получения Профессионального Образования

Abstract

В данной статье образовательное кредитование представлено, с одной стороны, как стратегия поведения экономического субъекта для получения профессионального образования, с другой стороны, как институциональная инновация для российского населения. Охарактеризованы внутренние и внешние факторы, определяющие выбор между различными образовательными стратегиями. Рассмотрены риски образовательного кредитования как рыночной трансакции и определены задачи построения двухуровневой системы его институционального регулирования.
