Человеческий Фактор В Управлении Рисками

Abstract

Снижение риска управленческих решений не может быть полностью разрешено посредством автоматизации процесса. Поэтому только развитие внутренней и внешней свободы при принятии решения способствует снижению ошибок, совершенствованию управленческих решений и уменьшению риска. В статье показано, что менеджер является главным элементом самонастраивающейся системы управления рисками, но в то же время он и фактор риска.
